Sharron is a dynamic and experienced Quality Manager. Her extensive teaching career spanning 26 years, has also seen her receive professional recognition as "Teacher" and "Manager" of the year. Sharron has a successful track record of developing and delivering bespoke training for work-based and apprenticeship training providers. She has also been instrumental in leading and developing teaching and learning in educational settings.

An experienced and committed educator who has used innovative approaches to engage learners by utilising teaching aids such as smarboards, VLE and other assistive technologies to complement traditional teaching methods.

Responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of a range of quality assurance and improvement systems. ​

Responsible for leading support groups designed to provide young people with access to advice and information services.
