As foster carers meeting the needs of these vulnerable young people can present several specific challenges. This course aims to equip foster carers to: - Understand the impact of seeking asylum on children and young people - Understand the asylum-seeking legal process for unaccompanied children - Understand the role of foster carers in supporting asylum-seeking children and young people ​
