By accessing the internet and using social media young people in care may be vulnerable to abuse or CSE: This course provides carers with the tools to: - understand the potential dangers of abuse and/or CSE online - what makes internet sites and social media platforms attractive to young people - how young people can keep themselves safe online - how carers can keep young people safe at home using prescribed internet safety protocols
