Mindfulness-Based Therapy Sessions (4-8 sessions)
These therapy sessions are designed as an early intervention
tool to support young people experiencing feelings of fear, 
anxiety, stress and depressive episodes by helping them to:
  • use mindfulness techniques and meditation to look at 
their beliefs, values and identity in order to create a better 
emotional state; and
  • challenge limiting beliefs by creating mindful practices that 
search for underlying reasons why they believe what they
do  
As certified "Helping Practitioners" we are here to empower our clients by
giving them the tools to:
  • decide how and what they should focus on
  • understand that they are not defined by their behaviours or emotions
  • explore the reasons underpinning feelings of fear, anxiety, stress and depressive episodes
  • develop strategies to manage those thoughts and feelings
